　　印度4月份烟草出口量提高7.4%

　　印度烟草委员会周一（5月31日）表示，在2010-11财政年度的第一个月，印度烟草出口大幅上涨7.4%，达到21659吨。

　　根据烟草委员会提供的数据，在去年的同一个月，印度出口了20166吨烟草。

　　“虽然4月的出口量增长了，但出口额变化不大，”烟草委员会的一名官员说。

　　按价值计算，今年4月的出口额为34.981亿卢比，而去年同期为34.891亿卢比，他说。

　　“烟叶质量不高，加上国内供应增多，降低了出口的利润，从上财年的每公斤5.4美元下降到每公斤4.7美元，”这名官员说。

　　在4月总的烟草出口中，未加工烟叶的出货量为19298吨，而比迪烟和卷烟等加工产品的出货量大约为2361吨。按价值计算，未加工烟叶的出口额为28.557亿卢比，而制成品出口额约为34.981亿卢比。

　　欧洲和俄罗斯占本年度烟草出口的大部分。菲律宾、德国和韩国是其他的主要市场。

　　NEW DELHI: Tobacco exports surged by 7.4% to 21,659 tonnes in the first month of 2010-11 fiscal, the Tobacco Board said on Monday.

　　The country had shipped 20,166 tonnes of tobacco in the same month last year, according to the board data.

　　"Though exports rose quantity-wise last month, there is not much difference in terms of value," a tobacco board official said.

　　In value terms, the exports were at Rs 349.81 crore in April this year, against Rs 348.91 crore in the same period last year, he said.

　　"Poor quality of tobacco plus higher domestic supplies reduced the export realisation, which fell to $ 4.7 per kg from $ 5.4 per kg last fiscal," the official said.

　　Of the total tobacco exports in April, raw tobacco shipments were at 19,298 tonnes, while that of manufactured products like bidi and cigarettes were at about 2,361 tonnes. In value terms, raw tobacco exports stood at Rs 285.57 crore, while manufactured products were at about Rs 349.81 crore.

　　Europe and Russia accounted for bulk of tobacco exports in the current year. Philippines, Germany and Korea were other major markets.
