Some authors will be arranged to read their papers at the symposium, therefore, authors receiving related notices should prepare PPT in advance (attach with English version) and submit PPT copies to symposium organizer on August 5. Papers that are not arranged to be read will be put up on the filed of the symposium. A symposium memoir is to be formulated and published in the supplement titled Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning subsequently on the basis of respecting writers’ wishes.

a) charges for using an auditorium and conference rooms as well as audio-visual equipment
